Cheryl Pounder was a member of the Canadian Women’s Hockey Team from 1994-2007 and has attended two Olympic Games. She is a two-time Olympic Gold Medalist and six-time World Champion. Cheryl was named to the All Star Team at the World Championships. She is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, was named female athlete of the year, and was named to their 100 Alumni of Achievement. Currently, Cheryl appears with TSN as a colour commentary analyst having broadcast at the Women’s World Championships and the Olympic Games.

Becky Kellar is four-time Olympic Medalist; she competed at the first four Olympic Winter Games in which women’s ice hockey was included, winning one silver and three gold medals. Kellar was a member of the Canadian Women’s National Team from 1997 to 2010. During that time, she also won four World Championship titles in seven appearances, taking silver the other three times. She also won seven gold and two silver medals at the Three/Four Nations Cup, was the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal Recipient, Burlington Female Athlete of the Year, Two-time CWHL Top Defenseman, has earned several academic All Ivy Awards at Brown University and was inducted into their Sports Hall of Fame, and was among the Wilfrid Laurier 100 Alumni of Achievements.

He has been a guest on nationally syndicated radio shows including ABC Radio, Dateline Washington, and The Gary Nolan Show. Ron’s programs are fun, energizing, and will keep the attendees on the edge of their seats. He engages his participants through the use of humorous stories, input from participants, and group exercises. His programs are highly interactive with lots of group participation. This provides an environment for people to discuss issues, ask questions, and learn from other people who deal with the same concerns in their own organizations. Ron holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.

Carol Cambridge is CEO of The Stay Safe Project, an international conference speaker and recognized authority on workplace violence. She strives to help people and organizations stay safe by being prepared and taking action from a place of strength not from a place of fear. Her career began as a communication specialist in emergency services and disaster preparedness with a Canadian Law Enforcement Agency. Today, 25 years later, Carol has taught over a quarter of a million people how to make good decisions. Through years of studying adult learning, she is able to reach and connect with any audience. This is evident by the many companies and associations that bring Carol back as a repeat presenter. Carol’s experience through numerous crises has shown that prevention and early intervention are necessary and non negotiable, to ensure a safe workplace. No one understands more than she that in these times, it is not if, but when an emergency arises. In her words “preparation is what will be the difference in those outcomes.” Highly profiled for her expertise, she is constantly sought by media for comments when workplace shootings and tragedies occur. Catherine Luzena-Hall is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse career in globally respected organizations. She began her career in New York City, building her marketing expertise in publishing, consumer in-home and in-store promotions, international market research, and most recently managing marketing teams for fortune 500 and large Canadian logistics and transportation companies. Catherine is now applying her extensive marketing experience to event and digital marketing for Newcom Media, driving market visibility, awareness, and attendance for business-to-business and consumer events. Catherine earned a degree from Bates College, continually ranked as one of the top private schools in the United States, has been a guest speaker at Ryerson on the subject of marketing, completed several executive programs at Schulich School of Business, and has won many industry awards for her work.

Steve Prahalis joined SME in October 2003 and currently serves as the Vice President of SME Studios and Canadian Operations. Previously, he was the Director of Business Development and Innovation. In his current role, Prahalis is responsible for the growth, strategic direction and financial performance of SME’s Canadian business. SME Studios is a program that produces one-of-a-kind customer initiatives and special projects for SME. Upon joining SME, Prahalis was responsible for the introduction of several key strategic initiatives, including the creation and launch of imX — the Interactive Manufacturing Experience. Before joining SME, he was President of Reed Exhibitions Canada, a leading producer of trade shows and events serving a variety of markets coast to coast. Prahalis also served in various positions at Key3Media, including Director of Strategic Alliances, General Manager of Canadian Events and Vice President of the International Division. He is a member of the International Association of Expositions and Events and has served as Chair on its Executive Task Force. Prahalis earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Concordia University.

Meg Soper, one of Canada's leading motivational humourists combines her remarkable sense of humour with her unique perspective of life to captivate her audience and provide them with a presentation filled with inspiration and entertainment.
Meg has appeared as a keynote speaker and feature performer at universities, conventions and corporate functions across North America and internationally. She has shared the stage with such celebrities as Ray Romano and Ellen Degeneres. With over 25 years experience in the health care industry and as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, she understands the challenges that nurses face from a first hand perspective. From Children's Hospital in Vancouver, B.C. to St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto, Ontario and finally back to a community hospital close to home, Meg has gained a wide range of professional experience throughout her career. Meg is co-author of the book, From the Stage to the Page – Life Lessons from Four Funny Ladies. She has appeared on the CBC Television Network, Women's Television Network and Prime TV, as well as being featured in many radio programs and comedy festivals. Meg Soper has a tremendous ability to connect with her audience and take every event to a higher level.
