CAEM Conference Evening Events
The CAEM Conference would not be complete without our legendary social events! This year's line up offers great venues as well as delicious food and drinks, ensuring each evening will deliver the perfect atmosphere to reconnect with colleagues, make new connections and have lots of fun.
Conference Kick Off Reception Start your CAEM Conference off right by attending the Conference Kick Off Reception. After 3 long years, this is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with colleagues from coast to coast and meet new connections. Sponsored by Destination Toronto, the Conference Kick Off Reception is being held at one of Hamilton’s premier restaurants, The Diplomat. Join us for 2 hours of fantastic hors d’ouevres, food stations, and cocktails in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Then afterwards you can choose one of the many restaurants in this area for dinner or you are more than welcome to remain at The Diplomat and enjoy their extensive drinks menu. |
Monday Evening Reception and Dinner After an inspiring first day of sessions and connections made at ExpoCAN, it will be time to unwind and relax at our Monday evening event, sponsored by The International Centre. Stonewalls is one of Hamilton's top live music venues and the perfect place for our band for the evening – The Test Icicles – to perform. So prepare to kick back, relax and enjoy a fun night with great food, delicious drinks and live music. |
Closing Night Celebration Our Closing Night Celebration will take place at one of Hamilton’s most distinctive and historic venues. Liuna Station, a former CN Rail station opened in 1931, will impress you with its classic style and excellent food. Join our sponsor, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, and celebrate the last night of the Conference in this beautiful setting. Share memories over cocktails, dinner, dancing, and casino tables. You may not win the jackpot at our casino, but you’ll have a great time networking and you could win some great prizes! This is a celebration you will not want to miss! |
