Lifetime Achievement Award
This award is used to recognize the outstanding achievements and leadership of individuals who have made a significant contribution to the exposition industry over the course of their careers. With this Award, CAEM recognizes industry professionals who may not have played a prominent role in the association, but whose achievements have furthered the professionalism of the exposition industry. Canadian industry exposition professionals or retired Canadian industry professionals who were employed in the industry for a minimum of 15 years are eligible for this award. Retired is defined as no longer active in the exposition industry. Awards may be made posthumously. Members of the CAEM Nominating Committee are not eligible to win this award.
Membership in CAEM is not a requirement for this category.
What are the submission criteria?
Nominations are to be submitted on the nomination form and endorsed by three CAEM members from different companies. Each nomination must be accompanied by a written description of the nominee, outlining why the nominee deserves to be honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award. This description must be a minimum of 100 words in length. Submissions not meeting this requirement will not be considered.
This award is intended to recognize an individual who has made an extraordinary personal or professional commitment that materially contributes to the advancement of the exhibitions and events industry.
