CAEM Government Meetings
Since February 2021, CAEM's President and Executive Director have held several meetings with Federal Members of Parliament across Canada. Also attending these meetings have been members of CAEM's Industry Coalition or CAEM members who participated in our letter writing campaign.
Every one of these meetings has been positive, productive and has given us the opportunity to raise our industry's voice at the highest level.
In addition to Federal MPs CAEM has also presented our recovery plan to several senior policy advisors in the following Federal Ministries:
- Ministry of Finance
- Ministry of Economic Development
- Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario
- Ministry of Small Business
- Ministry of of Employment, Workforce Development and Disability Inclusion of Canada
- Ministry of Women and Gender Equality and Rural Economic Development
