With over two decades in the exposition industry, this individual has consistently demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a deep passion for advancing the field. As a senior leader at a major Ontario convention centre, they’ve played a key role in attracting and supporting high-profile events. A CAEM associate member since 2010 and a proud CEM since 2012, they were instrumental in bringing the 2023 CAEM Conference to London, creating standout experiences.

A champion of professional development, they actively promote the CEM designation, mentor emerging professionals, and foster collaboration through peer engagement and industry networking. Their generosity and collaborative spirit have left a lasting impact on CAEM and the broader events community.

Beyond their professional achievements, they are a dedicated volunteer with Cystic Fibrosis Canada, contributing time and energy to support an important cause. Their leadership and service truly reflect the spirit of this award.

The recipient of the 2025 Hall of Fame Associate Member is Kent Mascotto of the London Convention Centre.
