Their vision has guided transformative venue developments, elevated customer experiences, and strengthened operational performance while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

A champion of environmental stewardship, this individual played a pivotal role in advancing the industry's sustainability agenda, including early adoption of the Net Zero Carbon Events Pledge, the development of a comprehensive Roadmap to Net Zero Carbon, and the implementation of award-winning sustainable food and beverage initiatives. Through their commitment to innovation, community engagement, and industry leadership, they have helped position their organization as a recognized leader in sustainable event management while inspiring meaningful change across the exhibition and convention sector.

Their legacy is reflected not only in the projects they delivered, but in the people, partnerships, and best practices that will continue to shape the industry for years to come.
