Summer Social Rundown
CAEM celebrated summer with food, drinks, and networking at the Summer Social on Wednesday, July 25th at the Crooked Cue. 80 members and non-members attended and celebrated National Wine and Cheese Day with Oyster Bay wines and a cheese spread all sponsored by The International Centre. Attendees also enjoyed a competitive, yet friendly, “Name That Tune” game sponsored by Robinson Show Services, which tested their 80’s music knowledge. The venue space lent itself to some unique sponsorship video opportunities – thank you to Enercare Centre, ZoomerMedia Ltd. and Stronco who sponsored featured videos that allowed attendees to become more familiar with each organization!
The night entailed a delicious buffet dinner served under an open roof and alongside fun games of pool and ping-pong thanks to our sponsor Exhibitorinsurance.com. Mary-Catherine Buczkowicz from Restaurants Canada was the big winner of the night taking home $490 as the winner of the 50/50 draw! Great door prizes were also awarded which were sponsored by Canadian Gift Association and Canadian National Sportsmen’s Shows.
