Holiday Luncheon
What an event! Approximately 250 CAEM members and friends gathered at the New Age Event Centre on December 4, 2025 for our annual Holiday Celebration. From mouth-watering hors d'oeuvres and food stations to engaging games and activations, the energy in the room was incredible.
Huge thanks to our sponsors and our amazing committee volunteers—events like this wouldn’t be possible without you. We’re grateful for everyone who joined us and helped close out the year in such a memorable way.
This year, CAEM members donated nearly 5000 pounds of food to the Daily Bread Food Bank bringing our total since 1998 to nearly 300,000 pounds of food! Thank you to every one of you who participated with your organizations or brought donations to the Holiday Luncheon.
Our top three donor organizations were:
1. The International Centre: 2728 pounds
2. STRONCO: 812 pounds
3. Freeman Decorating: 811 pounds
Other companies participating in the food drive include National Event Management, Informa Canada and Restaurants Canada. And THANK YOU to Lange Transportation for all your efforts in coordinating this effort.

2024 Holiday Luncheon
The Holiday Luncheon is one of the most popular events on CAEM‘s calendar as the industry comes together to celebrate the festive season. It is the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy some wonderful food, and festive beverages and connect with industry friends while celebrating a successful year. Thank you to The International Centre for hosting such a warm and welcoming gathering.

Since 1998, CAEM has been supporting the Daily Bread Food Bank as part of the Holiday Luncheon. For each one of those years, Lange Transportation & Storage has been the driving force behind this important initiative.
At the 2024 Holiday Luncheon, CAEM members donated over 6000 pounds of food to the Daily Bread Food Bank bringing our total since 1998 to 296,022 pounds of food! Thank you to every one of you who participated with your organizations or brought donations to the Holiday Luncheon.
Our top three donating organizations were:
1. The International Centre: 1919 pounds
2. STRONCO: 1576 pounds
3. National Event Management: 529 pounds
2023 Holiday Luncheon
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who joined and graciously supported the CAEM’s Annual Holiday Luncheon held on December 14, 2023, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto. With an impressive turnout of over 300 attendees, the festive atmosphere was truly enchanting and resonated with the joyous spirit of the season.

2022 Holiday Luncheon
Thank you to all who attended the 2022 CAEM Holiday Luncheon on December 16 at the Toronto Congress Centre. The event was a true celebration of the resiliency of our industry and a great way to end 2022 while looking forward to 2023.
Thank you to all those who donated to the Daily Bread Food Bank! We are pleased to report that CAEM members donated over 6,900 pounds of food to the Daily Bread Food Bank this holiday season. We are proud of our CAEM members, who over the inception of the food drive 20 years ago, have donated over 284,348 pounds of food. Congratulations to our 2022 top three donating organizations and to all those who participated:
1st Place– GES Canada with 3,600 pounds
2nd Place– STRONCO with 1,372pounds
3rd Place– Freeman with 487 pounds

2019 Holiday Luncheon
We hope you enjoyed the Annual Holiday Luncheon and found the time to relax after all the hard work you have done throughout the year! With over 250 attendees, the 2019 CAEM Holiday Luncheon was one for the books! The International Centre organized a Give Back Holiday Initiative, allowing attendees to give in a meaningful way this holiday season. Thank you to all those who donated to the Daily Bread Food Bank! We are pleased to report that CAEM members donated over 27,500 pounds of food to the Daily Bread Food Bank this holiday season. We are proud of our CAEM members, who over the inception of the food drive 20 years ago, have donated over 277,000 pounds of food. Congratulations to our 2019 winners and to all those who participated:

2018 Holiday Luncheon
The 2018 CAEM Holiday Lunch was held on Wednesday December 5th at the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites. Hundreds of industry colleagues, partners and friends attended the most festive networking event of the year! We are pleased to report that CAEM members donated over 19,000 pounds of food to the Daily Bread Food Bank this holiday season.
